Impact It doesn't appear that the forward depth Kentucky possesses is going to limit Tshiebwe one bit, with the biggest risk to his minutes likely to come in the form of fouls. These types of stat lines were commonplace during his days with the Mountaineers before he and the program seemed to have a falling out. He looks to have adapted to his new system with ease, and while the result didn't go Kentucky's way, the Wildcats may have a first-team all-SEC asset here as they look to return to the NCAA Tournament.

Impact Tshiebwe was thought to be a bit banged up for this contest, and while he saw less minutes than any other Kentucky starter, the big man still managed to put a double-double in the box score. This type of per-minute production can result in monster fantasy lines during the season as long as he can avoid foul trouble, putting the WVU transfer firmly on the radar in any format.

Set for limited scrimmage action Coach John Calipari indicated Friday that Tshiebwe is "a little bit hurt" and will see limited action against Kentucky Wesleyan, JAck Pilgrim of Kentucky Sports Radio reports.

Impact Tshiebwe has little left to prove after posting a dominating 25-points, 21-board effort over 40 minutes in the team's intrasquad scrimmage last Friday. Barring something unforeseen, he figures to be fine for next week's contest versus Miles College and the big showdown versus Duke on Nov. 9.

Impact It's unclear exactly what went wrong for Tshiebwe during his time with West Virginia, but his per-minute numbers always popped off the charts, which frequently made him an intriguing option in daily formats (albeit one with foul trouble risk). The 6-9 center showed exactly what he can do in Friday's Blue-White scrimmage, and his conditioning appears up to par given he played all 40 minutes of the contest. He'll have to share some time with Keion Brooks, Daimion Collins and Lance Ware when the season gets in gear, but Tshebwe is arguably the most attractive option of the bunch. He'll get his first taste of opposition Friday in an exhibition contest against Kentucky Wesleyan College.

Impact Tshiebwe entered the transfer portal after leaving the West Virginia program Jan. 1, and he'll head to Kentucky for the remainder of his collegiate career. Impact Tshiebwe left the program last week and now will look for his next home.
