Evansville Purple Aces and the Charleston (SC) Cougars play in Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands

The Evansville Purple Aces face the Charleston (SC) Cougars at Virgin Islands Sport & Fitness Center in Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands
NOVEMBER 24 • Associated Press
Max Green - Cans three triples in win Green produced 13 points (5-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt), one rebound and one assist over 11 minutes during Sunday's 79-77 win over South Carolina.
Impact Green's 13 points off the bench -- and his efficiency in doing so -- were huge in the Wildcats' win over South Carolina. The Holy Cross transfer had been largely quiet outside of a 16-point performance in the third game of the season, but Green's shooting has been a valuable commodity for the Wildcats and that should continue to be the case.

Jayden Reid - Nine dimes in win Reid finished Sunday's 79-77 victory over South Carolina with eight points (3-5 FG, 2-3 FT), one rebound and nine assists in 31 minutes.
Impact Reid's nine assists were a season high, and the USF transfer has certainly been strong as a facilitator for the Wildcats this season, averaging 6.2 assists per game. However, he did have five turnovers against the Gamecocks, which was also a season high. The point guard has been a good pickup for Northwestern, but his production has been all over the place this season.

Tre Singleton - Active defensively in win Singleton posted eight points (3-4 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and three steals in 30 minutes during Sunday's 79-77 win over South Carolina.
Impact Singleton remains rather unassertive as a scorer, as he only attempted four shots over 30 minutes of action. That's about par for the course, as he's averaging 4.5 field goals attempted this season. Still, he's been effective for the Wildcats, and with three steals and five rebounds against South Carolina, he was active in other facets for Northwestern. The freshman forward has gotten off to a very solid start to his career, and while he hasn't exactly stuffed the stat sheet, he's been very efficient, shooting 63 percent from the field.

Nick Martinelli - Bounces back vs. Gamecocks Martinelli posted 25 points (8-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds and two assists across 34 minutes during Sunday's 79-77 win over South Carolina.
Impact After he was stymied in the Wildcats' loss to Virginia, Martinelli bounced back in a big way as Northwestern snuck past South Carolina for a big win. Martinelli only hit 3-of-12 shots from the field against Virginia, but he had eight made baskets -- including two three-pointers -- against the Gamecocks while getting involved on the glass with seven boards. Northwestern will go as its senior big man goes, and Sunday against South Carolina was another example.

Nick Marinelli, Arrinten Page rally Northwestern past South Carolina 79-77 at Greenbrier Tip-Off

Nick Martinelli had 25 points before notching an assist on Arrinten Page’s layup in the final second and Northwestern survived a late rally by South Carolina to post a 79-77 victor...

Elijah Strong - Scores 16 in limited minutes Strong closed Sunday's 79-77 loss to Northwestern with 16 points (5-8 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, four assists and two steals over 20 minutes.
Impact The 6-8 junior bounced back from a poor game against Butler on Friday. He was limited to three points and two board over 15 minutes in the loss to the Bulldogs. He has scored in double digits in half of the Gamecocks' six games, but never in consecutive games. Strong makes for a risky play in all fantasy formats.
