Myles Stute - Granted eligibility Stute (lower leg) has been medically cleared to return for the 2025-2026 season, per David Cloninger of The Charleston Post and Courier.
Impact Stute only played in the first 14 games of the Gamecocks' season, recovering from a leg injury for the remainder of the year. He's been granted an additional year of eligibility and will re-join the Gamecocks for the 2025-2026 season. There is at least a chance Murray-Boyles could have been selected in the 2024 NBA Draft, but he opted to stay another year with South Carolina for an improved chance. CMB proved to be the 2024-25 Gamecocks' lone bright spot with All-SEC Second Team honors earned after he averaged 16.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks. Even though the sophomore can improve his shooting, he is slated to be a top-10 pick in this year's draft.
