RJ Melendez - Effective against Northwestern Melendez contributed 14 points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds, one block and two steals over 17 minutes during Sunday's 73-66 win over Northwestern.

Impact Melendez was efficient from the floor during Sunday's matchup and was also perfect in his six trips to the charity stripe to score in double figures for the first time in his collegiate career. While Sunday's performance was encouraging, the freshman has been on the fringes of the team's rotation for most of the year.

Kofi Cockburn - Posts strong double-double Cockburn posted 19 points (8-11 FG, 3-6 FT), 15 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 28 minutes during Sunday's 73-66 victory over Northwestern.

Impact Cockburn had been held under 10 rebounds in each of his last two appearances, but he returned to form against the Wildcats while also shooting 72.7 percent from the floor in the win. The junior has been among the most productive players in the nation this year, as he's averaging 21.5 points and 11.4 rebounds in 29.7 minutes per game.

Ty Berry - Drops 16 points off bench Berry produced 16 points (5-8 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one steal in 21 minutes during Sunday's 73-66 loss to Illinois.

Impact Berry came off the bench for a seventh straight game during Sunday's narrow loss, but he led the team on the scoreboard with his first double-digit scoring total in over a month. Since taking on a reserve role, he's averaged just 6.3 points and 1.7 rebounds in 16.3 minutes per game.
