Impact Rodgers has yet to play this season, and while it's good news that his knee is trending in the right direction, the fact that he sustained an extraneous groin injury complicates matters. There's still no telling when the junior guard will return, but it sounds as if he's still at least a few games out from being able to suit up.

Andrej Stojakovic - Should be fine after leaving game Stojakovic (foot) is fine after he limped off the court in Illinois' 77-67 win over Minnesota, per Joey Wagner of 247Sports.com.

Impact Stojakovic only played 21 minutes in the win over the Gophers, as he was knocked out of the game with what appeared to be a left foot injury. However, according to his head coach Brad Underwood, the junior guard is fine after the injury scare and should be good to go against Maryland on Wednesday.

Impact It's not clear how the Illini starting point guard fractured his hand -- in practice, in a game or otherwise -- but he'll be sidelined for a significant amount of time. This is a serious blow to Illinois, as the senior was in the midst of a career year, averaging 14.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists as an every-game starter. In his stead, Mihailo Petrovic and a few others should see their minutes spike.

Impact Mirkovic came off the bench for the first time all season Wednesday, giving way to Ben Humrichous. He still played 30 minutes, logging six points and five boards, but it was definitely a down game by his standards. He was back in the starting five Saturday, and his production was right back in line with his season-long averages of 12.0 points and 8.3 rebounds. Look for similar production down the stretch.
