Ugnius Jaruševicius - DNP for exhibition with injury Jarusevicius did not play during Saturday's exhibition game against Penn State because of a back injury, according to Robin Washut of On3.

Impact Washut described Jarusevicius' back injury as lingering, so it has been problematic for a while. While the Nebraska team is not certain, it is hopeful that he could be available when the Cornhuskers log their next and last exhibition before their regular-season opener. The exhibition will come Oct. 27 against Midland University and exactly one week before capping off regular-season action against West Georgia.

Impact Mast redshirted Nebraska's 2024-25 season because of a knee injury, and the Cornhuskers hoped they would get him their next year. That appears to be the case.
