Isaac Asuma - 10 points in win over Iowa Asuma had 10 points (2-7 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, one assist and two steals across 36 minutes during Tuesday's 70-67 win over Iowa.

Impact Asuma couldn't buy a long-range bucket, but he still managed to hit double-digit points for the second straight game by getting to the free throw line. Since becoming a starter in his sophomore season with the Gophers, Asuma's efficiency has dipped as he's taken on a bigger role. But though he didn't show it against Iowa, the guard's passing has been a big weapon for Minnesota this season, as he's averaging 4.1 assists. That feel for the offense is helping him earn as many minutes as he has thus far in 2025-26.

Cade Tyson - Active everywhere in win Tyson accumulated 16 points (5-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 70-67 win over Iowa.

Impact Tyson didn't have the best day shooting the basketball, but he was active on defense, on the glass and as a passer to help power the Gophers past Iowa. What's more, the senior wing is having a career-year as far as efficiency is concerned, putting up 52/40/82 shooting splits thus far in 2025-26. He's also averaging 21.7 points as Minnesota's leading scorer, and is showing no signs of slowing down.

Impact Reynolds was dynamic as the Gophers downed Iowa, and the guard had his best game in a Minnesota jersey yet. His 22 points were a season-high, and he did it on an extremely efficient 13 shots. With five boards, four dimes, a steal and a block to boot, Reynolds was everywhere as Minnesota won another Big Ten game to move to 3-1 in conference play. Reynolds' play has been streaky this season, but he'll look to ride this momentum into a Friday home tilt with USC.

Impact Vaihola has not played since Nov. 18 when he initially aggravated this knee injury. The San Jose State transfer unfortunately suffered the worst-possible outcome and will miss the remainder of his senior season. Grayson Grove figures to hold an important depth role in the frontcourt for the rest of the year with Vaihola permanently sidelined.

Jaylen Crocker-Johnson - Productive in win over FDU Crocker-Johnson provided 17 points (6-14 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 36 minutes during Monday's 60-43 win over FDU.

Impact Crocker-Johnson needed 14 shots to reach 17 points, so it wasn't the most efficient outing from the junior. Still, he hit 50 percent of his three-pointers and was strong on the glass with seven boards. Crocker-Johnson has been inconsistent in terms of putting both scoring and rebounding together, but the forward is still in the midst of a career year and is primed to be a huge asset for the Gophers in conference play.
