Corneilous Williams - Lands at Memphis Williams has committed to Memphis, according to Hitmen Hoops.

Impact Williams is considered an elite rebounder, so he addresses a major need on the roster. He spent the 2025-26 season at North Alabama, where he averaged 12.3 points and 9.3 rebounds per contest. He should see steady minutes in the Tigers' frontcourt.

Tylik Weeks - Transferring to Memphis Weeks has committed to Memphis, according to VerbalCommits.com.

Impact Weeks spent the 2025-26 season at Southern Miss and was a regular starter, playing in the first unit in all but one of his 34 appearances. Weeks averaged 19.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while shooting 46.4 percent from the field. It remains to be seen how he'll handle the jump to a more competitive environment, but Weeks was certainly productive at Southern Miss.

Impact Holloway spent the 2025-26 season at Texas A&M, and was a rotational bench piece who averaged 4.6 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists across 13.5 minutes. Now, with one more year of eligibility remaining, the 6-foot-1 guard will take his talents to Memphis.

Impact Almodover spent the 2025-26 season at Southeast Missouri State, averaging 14.1 points and 3.7 rebounds while starting 23 of 33 games. Now, he'll take his talents to the Tigers with what appears to be one year of eligibility remaining.

Jayden Reid - Commits to Memphis Reid will transfer to Memphis, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Reid spent his junior season at Northwestern after two years at USF. The 5-foot-10 guard averaged 10.1 points, 1.4 rebounds and 5.0 assists while running the Wildcats' offense. He'll now head to Memphis for his final season of eligibility, where he looks primed to immediately lock down a starting role.

Jerry Deng - Joins Memphis Deng has committed to Memphis, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Impact Deng has found his fourth school in as many years, joining Memphis for his senior year. He made just eight appearances this past season with N.C. State, averaging 6.1 points and 2.1 rebounds across 12.6 minutes per game. He also spent one season at both Hampton and Florida State.

Brandin Cummings - Finds new program Cummings (ankle) will transfer to Memphis, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.

Impact Cummings took a big step forward in his sophomore season at Pitt. Though an ankle injury limited him to 19 games, the guard averaged 12.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.1 assists. The 6-foot-3 guard is also a capable three-point shooter, although the 2025-26 season was something of a down year in that regard (32.6 percent from beyond the arc).

Rihards Vavers - Lands at Memphis Vavers will transfer to Memphis, per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.

Impact Vavers will transfer to Memphis following a junior year at Washington State in which he averaged 11.5 points and 4.0 rebounds while knocking down 41 percent of this threes. The 6-foot-7 wing, who has one more season of eligibility remaining with the Tigers, should immediately become a key player for head coach Penny Hardaway.

William Whorton - Returning to Memphis Whorton is planning on staying at Memphis for the 2026 season, per Jason Munz of CommercialAppeal.com.

Impact Whorton transferred to Memphis from South Dakota State ahead of the 2025 campaign and is now expected to remain at the school for at least one more season. He averaged just 1.8 points and 1.5 rebounds across 9.0 minutes in 19 games during the 2025 season and will look to be more involved during the upcoming campaign.

Julius Thedford - Returning to Memphis Thedford plans to return to Memphis for the 2026-27 season, per Jason Munz of CommercialAppeal.com.

Impact It's a positive sign for Penny Hardaway's squad heading into next season as Thedford appears set to return for his second season in Memphis. The 6-foot-4 sophomore appeared in 27 games for the Tigers this season, averaging 8.4 points and five rebounds per game after transferring in from Western Kentucky in the off-season. As he started 17 games for Memphis this past season, Thedford is expected to be a major contributor for the team next year.
