Tarris Reed Jr. - Productive in Sunday's win Reed closed with 13 points (5-8 FG, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in 25 minutes during Sunday's 73-57 win over Marquette.
Impact Reed had another productive outing Sunday, nearly recording his third double-double of the season in the win. He was impressive on the defensive end too with two steals and two blocks, his second game this season with multiple in both defensive categories. He will look to keep his momentum going Wednesday at Providence.

Ben Gold - Grabs 11 boards Sunday Gold totaled four points (2-9 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 31 minutes during Sunday's 73-57 loss to UConn.
Impact Gold came off the bench in his fourth straight game Sunday but he still was able to make an impact with a season-high 11 rebounds. He only scored four points on a disappointing 2-9 from the field though, so it was not an entirely productive performance. With Caedin Hamilton's minutes decreasing, Gold could soon make his way back into the starting five, although it wouldn't make much of a difference considering he's still playing starter-level minutes despite coming off the bench.

Chase Ross - Scores 11 Sunday Ross provided 11 points (4-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 24 minutes during Sunday's 73-57 loss to UConn.
Impact Ross had a fairly quiet outing Sunday as he scored 11 points on 11 field goal attempts and missed all four of his shots from beyond the arc. He started off this season on fire, averaging 20.9 points per game across the first eight games of the season, but he hasn't even scored over 16 points in any of his last seven appearances since then and is shooting a porous 28.2 percent from the field over that stretch. He will look to finally get out of this slump Wednesday versus Xavier.

Nigel James Jr. - Scores 15 in loss James had 15 points (5-18 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-7 FT), two rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 29 minutes during Sunday's 73-57 loss to UConn.
Impact James dropped 15 points in his third consecutive game Sunday, despite really struggling versus the Huskies. He only made five of his 18 field goal attempts, his least efficient outing of the season, and he turned the ball over three times in his fourth consecutive outing. He will look to bounce back Wednesday in a much more favorable matchup versus Xavier.

Sean Jones - Battling turf toe Jones is dealing with turf toe and doesn't have a timetable for return, Freelance writer Jaden Daly reports.
Impact Jones attempted to practice Saturday but couldn't move normally, hence why he missed Sunday's game against UConn. X-rays on Jones' foot came back clean, which means his return will depend on his level of pain tolerance. As Marquette takes a wait-and-see approach, Adrien Stevens and Tre Norman could soak up some of Jones' vacated minutes.
