Adrien Stevens - Quiet in Saturday's loss Stevens provided four points (1-3 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 23 minutes during Saturday's 84-63 loss to Creighton.

Impact Stevens made his fourth consecutive start Saturday but he struggled to make an impact in the blowout loss. He scored just four points on three field goal attempts and was unable to make any significant impact beyond that. Although he has a large role in the Golden Eagles' rotation, he simply does not have the volume to be relied on from a fantasy perspective.

Nigel James Jr. - Lone bright spot in loss James ended with 23 points (8-18 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-7 FT), six rebounds, three assists, one block and four steals across 30 minutes during Saturday's 84-63 loss to Creighton.

Impact James put together one of his best performances of the season Saturday, it just so happened to come in a blowout loss. He scored a season-high 23 points and was the only Golden Eagle in double digits. He also tied season bests in rebounds (six) and steals (four) but also turned the ball over four times for the first time this season. It's been a tough start to the season for Marquette, but James is a clear bright spot and should continue to see a high workload during Big East play.

Nigel James Jr. - Scores 13 in loss to Georgetown James totaled 13 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound, five assists and two blocks over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 78-69 loss to Georgetown.

Impact James and the Golden Eagles opened up conference play Wednesday and it ended with another loss. James scored the second-most points on the team with 13 and he also tied a season-high with five assists and blocked two shots for the first time this season. The true freshman has been a bit inconsistent in the scoring column so far this season, and his 43.0-23.1-75.6 shooting splits aren't helping that cause. Still, it's so early in his career so he has plenty of time to settle in and put in some more consistent performances.

Impact Parham stepped up on the offensive front where his teammates couldn't against the Boilermakers, but his career-high 19 points weren't enough to keep the Golden Eagles in the game. The sophomore forward is now averaging 12 points and 3.8 rebounds across Marquette's last four games, and he's making a strong case to get more minutes over a struggling Ben Gold at this point in the season.
