High volume in opener Butler produced 14 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one block and three steals over 22 minutes during Monday's 103-62 victory over Wright State. Impact Butler drew the start at point guard over Kerr Kriisa, who had been slowed by a hamstring injury in exhibition play. While Kriisa runs the offense with a faster tempo and is capable of providing a spark, Butler was the far more effective offensive option Monday and attempted more field goals than any other Wildcats player. It appears his fantasy value will hold up even when Kriisa is healthy.
