Not facing UCLA
Kriisa (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's match against UCLA, according to Ryan Wohl.
Impact
Kriisa was expected to be a long shot to play and while he was stopped without crutches or a walking boot, he was also seen on courtside for the pre-game warmups. This rules him out for the Pac-12 title game, but there's a chance Kriisa might still be able to play during the upcoming NCAA Tournament. He will be a big loss for Arizona, though, as he's averaging 10.1 points, 4.9 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.

Out Friday
Kriisa entered the arena ahead of Friday's game against Colorado in a boot and on crutches, so it appears he will not be suiting up, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Kriisa sprained his ankle in Thursday's victory over Stanford. While he reportedly avoided a major injury, it was expected that he would not be available for the rest of the Pac-12 Tournament. It remains to be seen what the freshman's status will be as the big dance approaches next week.

Avoids serious injury
Coach Tommy Lloyd said that Kriisa suffered a sprained ankle and should not be out for a long period of time, Ryan Wohl of Daily Wildcat reports.
Impact
This is really good to hear because it looked to be a much more serious injury. It is likely that Kriisa does end up missing the rest of the Pac-12 Tournament, but the main focus has to be making sure the freshman is as healthy as can be for the big dance next week.

Helped to locker room late
Kriisa was helped off the floor during Thursday's game versus Stanford and couldn't put weight on his right leg, Brian Hamilton of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Kriisa appeared to land on teammate Christian Koloko's foot and immediately went down and started hitting the floor. The initial prognosis based on the circumstances doesn't appear promising, but more information should be forthcoming over the next 24 hours with the Wildcats set to play again Friday.

Kriisa isn't starting Saturday's game against California, The Daily Wildcat reports.
Impact

Not seen at warmpus
Kriisa did not warm up ahead of Saturday's game against Utah, Bruce Pascoe of the Arizona Daily Star reports.
Impact
The reason for Kriisa's absence is not yet clear, but it looks as though he's set to miss Saturday's contest. That would be a significant blow for Arizona, as he's started every game this season, averagine 11.7 points and 5.4 assists.

Impact
Kriisa notched the first double-digit assist game of his career, helping to provide some offense as he was held to a season-low two points. Seven assists in win
Kriisa posted seven points (3-12 FG, 1-8 3Pt), two rebounds, seven assists, one block and four steals over 29 minutes during Sunday's 80-62 win over Michigan.
Impact
The redshirt freshman had another poor shooting night, only connecting on 1-of-8 threes but clearly has the green light with 8.4 attempts from long-range per game this season. He helped make up for it by facilitating the offense to the tune of a team-high seven assists. Kriisa has looked much better to start the season and the point guard has done a good job of taking care of the ball with only four turnovers through five games.

ROTOWIRE
In line to start at point guard
Coach Tommy Lloyd labeled Kriisa Arizona's likely starting point guard for the 2021-22 season, Justin Spears of the Arizona Daily Star reports.
Impact
Kriisa appeared in just eight games and started only three for Arizona last year after missing much of last season for various reasons before coming on late. Over those eight games late in the campaign, Kriisa averaged 5.5 points and 2.4 assists over 22.9 minutes per contest while shooting 36.8 percent from beyond the arc on 4.8 attempts per game. He could be set to blossom as a sophomore and should hold plenty of value for fantasy purposes if he's on the ball.
