Impact Riley is Cincinnati-bound after two seasons with Cal-Baptist and one year at Tulsa. His season with the Golden Hurricane was his best yet, as he averaged 15.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.4 assists while shooting 39 percent from distance.
