Jayden Hastings - Potentially starting center Hastings is a projected starter for the 2026-27 Bearcats, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact The 6-foot-10 Hastings' primary competition is Riley Allenspach and Deshaun Vaden, both 6'11" forwards. Despite both players' experience, Hastings may win out in said department. During the 2025-26 NCAA season, as part of Boston College, he not only logged 29 starts but also averaged 5.6 rebounds, impressing as BC's main center.

Tyler Tejada - Projected starter for 2026-27 Tejada is a projected starter for the 2026-27 Bearcats, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Before transferring colleges to Cincinnati during the summer, Tejada logged all his underclassman seasons for Towson. During each of the three years, he logged at least double-digit points per game. Despite shooting less than 30.0 percent from three this season, Tejada averaged 17.7 points on 43.2 shooting, both his career-highs. The 6-foot-9 forward's rebounding also significantly improved each year, increasing from 3.3 to 3.9 to 5.5.

Myles Colvin - Starting candidate for 2026-27 Colvin is a projected starter for the 2026-27 Bearcats, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Take away the 2026 National Invitation Tournament, for which Wake Forest could have experimented in a less stressful environment, and Colvin started each of WF's last 24 games. During the span, he averaged 11.5 points (on 41.6/36.9/91.1 shooting splits) and 5.0 rebounds. Considering that Colvin has statistically improved each season, him doing so again is definitely possible, and if the senior does, he would be an elite option next season.

Tylen Riley - Projected starter for 2026-27 Riley is a projected starter for the 2026-27 Bearcats, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Last season, Riley broke out by averaging 15.0 points on 44.8/38.9/87.1 shooting splits, 4.4 assists and 3.9 rebounds across 38 starts with Tulsa, part of the American Conference. Even though Tulsa was just short of making the NCAA tournament, he subsequently impressed during the National Invitation Tournament, its championship game including the Golden Hurricane. Riley excelled against Auburn then, logging 20 points and three steals in a narrow loss.

Tylen Riley - Finds new home Riley will transfer to Cincinnati, per Tobias Bass of The Athletic.
Impact Riley is Cincinnati-bound after two seasons with Cal-Baptist and one year at Tulsa. His season with the Golden Hurricane was his best yet, as he averaged 15.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.4 assists while shooting 39 percent from distance. The 6-foot-3 guard will have one year of eligibility remaining with the Bearcats.
