Fletcher Loyer - Drops 19 in blowout win Loyer finished with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, two assists and two steals in 23 minutes during Monday's 101-60 victory over Kent State.

Impact Loyer struggled from distance, but still managed to score 19 points as Purdue rolled over Kent State. It was a very solid non-conference slate for Loyer, who averages 14.0 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists heading into Big Ten play. He'll remain a crucial weapon for the Boilermakers and potentially their best shooter.

Jack Benter - Hits six threes off bench Benter contributed 20 points (7-7 FG, 6-6 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 16 minutes during Monday's 101-60 win over Kent State.

Impact Benter was Purdue's leading scorer in a rout of Kent State, and he was a perfect 7-of-7 from the field with six triples to notch 20 points out of nowhere. The freshman had posted a handful of 11-point outings, but he was simply sizzling hot from distance as the Boilermakers wrapped up their non-conference slate with a bang.

Impact Harris was cold from the field in Purdue's dominant win over Kent State, but he managed to get to the free throw line and pull down five rebounds to make an impact on the Boilermakers' win in the final non-conference game of the 2025-26 season. He also got involved defensively with three steals. Harris can provide a spark off the bench, something Purdue will certainly need at times during Big Ten play.

Impact Kaufman-Renn notched his sixth double-double in 11 games as the Boliermakers destroyed Kent State with ease. The senior forward has been very efficient, shooting 60 percent from the field, and has cut down on his turnovers this season and doesn't have one in each of the last two games. Kaufman-Renn averages 14.0 points and 10.2 rebounds -- he's a walking double-double and will continue to be a huge problem for opponents in Big Ten play.

Impact Purdue demolished Kent State, so Smith hardly needed to press in any category for the Boilermakers to cruise to an easy victory. After three straight games in which he dished out double-digit assists, he notched eight against the Golden Flashes, falling back down to Earth a little while still operating as an elite facilitator. Smith's scoring is slightly down this season but his efficiency and passing are up, indicating he's getting more help from his team with Big Ten play around the corner.
