Impact Barthelemy hasn't been made available since he sustained an ankle injury back on Nov. 20 versus Houston. Going off of coach Altman's comments, the earliest possible return date for the junior guard would be Dec. 31 against Oregon State. In his absence, Brennan Rigsby, Will Richardson and Tyrone Williams should each continue playing extended minutes in the Ducks' backcourt.

Set to miss extended time Barthelemy will miss the next four-to-six weeks after suffering an ankle injury in the first half of Sunday's game against Houston, Matt Prehm of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact The diagnosis for Barthelemy's injury did not turn out to be a positive one, with the 6-2 junior set to be sidelined for at least a month. Barthelemy was one of the team's primary ball-handler's next to Will Richardson and was averaging 8/5 points, 2.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 26.8 minutes over his first four games. Rivaldo Soares got the start in his place and figures to step into a more prominent role for the near future.

Unavailable Thursday Barthelemy (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against Connecticut, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Barthelemy exited Sunday's game against Houston in the first half due to his ankle injury, and he'll be unavailable for at least one additional matchup. It's unclear whether he'll be able to return later in the Phil Knight Invitational.

Leaves game early Sunday Bathelemy (ankle) left Sunday's game against Houston prior to halftime, Matt Prehm of 247sports reports.
Impact Bathelemy attempted to play through the pain on Sunday, but ultimately left the game before halftime. The 6-foot-2 guard finished Sunday's action with two points, two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 16 minutes. His next chance to return is Thursday against Connecticut, though it appears the Barthelemy will likely miss more time while working his way back from the injury.

Scores 12 off bench Barthelemy amassed 12 points (4-7 FG, 4-5 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one steal over 17 minutes during Friday's 82-72 loss to Arizona.
Impact Barthelemy came off-the-bench for a fourth straight game in favor of Julian Hammond after starting the first 28 games of the season, and he responded by contributing four 3-pointers. Over the four-game stretch, he's averaging 11.0 points on 46 percent shooting. Barthelemy has had an improved sophomore season, ranking third on the team in points and second in assists.
MARCH 12, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Excels in reserve role Barthelemy had 15 points (6-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal over 24 minutes during Saturday's 79-63 victory over Arizona.
Impact No explanation was provided for this change, but Barthelemy came off the bench for the very first time this season. He still saw more minutes than starter Julian Hammond, and he also put up his most field goal attempts since Dec. 4. While this was the last regular season home game for the Buffaloes, it doesn't appear as if Senior Day would be a viable explanation here, as Hammond is only a freshman. Regardless, the Buffaloes were able to topple a top-5 team in the country with this alignment, so it's fair to wonder if Tad Boyle will execute the same strategy Saturday against Utah as Colorado looks to work its way into the bubble.
FEBRUARY 28, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Scores 14 in victory Barthelemy finished Saturday's 81-76 win over Utah with 14 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-8 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal in 31 minutes.
Impact Barthelemy reached double figures for a third straight game as he's taken on a larger role with Eli Parquet out for the season. It wasn't his most efficient game, however, as he shot just 40 percent and led the team with three turnovers. Barthelemy is averaging 11.0 points on 46 percent shooting with Parquet out of the lineup.
FEBRUARY 13, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Struggles in loss Barthelemy finished with nine points (2-9 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds and four assists in 23 minutes during Thursday's 60-58 loss to Washington.
Impact Barthelemy struggled to provide much offense for the Buffaloes as he connected on just 22 percent of his field goals while also recording a team-high four turnovers. His playing time has been sporadic as the season has gone on, with Barthelemy averaging just 21.3 minutes over the last six games. He's shooting 40 percent for the season.
JANUARY 28, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Nears double-double in victory Barthelemy posted 16 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-9 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one steal across 25 minutes during Saturday's 75-57 win over Arizona State.
Impact Barthelemy was just one rebound away from his first career double-double, as the point guard was active on the glass with Arizona State struggling offensively. After an inconsistent month of December, he's now reached double figures in three of the last five games. Barthelemy is averaging 9.3 points on 31 percent shooting through six Pac-12 contests.
JANUARY 17, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Struggles against UCLA Barthelemy produced two points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and four assists across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 73-61 loss to UCLA.
Impact Barthelemy was held to a season-low two points and it was just the second time all season he failed to reach double figures. He was able to dish out a team-high four assists but was otherwise shut out across the rest of the stat-sheet. Barthelemy is locked into a full-time starting role this season and has been efficient overall, connecting on 46 percent of threes thus far.

Posts career-high 19 points Barthelemy tallied 19 points (6-11 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds and five assists in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 94-90 overtime win over Montana St.
Impact Barthelemy opened the season in a starting role after making just one start last season, and he led the way for the Buffaloes with a career-high 19 points. He came up with a couple of big plays in the overtime frame with a timely offensive rebound and two late free throws. Barthelemy should see a significant role in the offense alongside forwards Jabari Walker and Evan Battey.
NOVEMBER 10, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Will play Saturday Barthelemy (ankle) will play Saturday against Stanford, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Barthelemy missed last game against California due to an ankle injury, but he will return to the floor Saturday. The freshman has seen his minutes diminish over the past month, and he only played three and four minutes in his past two appearances. Through 11 games this season, Barthelemy is averaging 4.6 points, 2.1 assists and 1.4 rebounds over 15.2 minutes per game.
JANUARY 16, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Slated to return Saturday Barthelemy (ankle) is expected to return to action Saturday versus Stanford, Pat Rooney of the Boulder Daily Camera reports.
Impact Barthelemy was unable to go Thursday against Cal due to an ankle issue but appears to be back in the mix in Colorado's backcourt. He was logging double-digit minutes per contest prior to his last two appearances, when he managed a combined seven, so it's possible the ankle issue had been lingering for a bit. It seems likely the freshman will resume a double-digit minute bench role when fully healthy.
JANUARY 15, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Doesn't take floor Barthelemy (undisclosed) didn't enter Thursday's game versus California.
Impact Barthelemy participated in warmups ahead of the contest, which at least serves as a good sign that he's on the precipice of a return to action. His next chance to take the floor arrives Saturday when the Buffs host Stanford.
JANUARY 15, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Warming up pregame Barthelemy (undisclosed) was spotted warming up ahead of Thursday's game against Cal, Pat Rooney of the Boulder Daily Camera reports.
Impact Barthelemy was slated to be a game-time decision, so the fact that he is dressed and warming up is a positive sign for his chances to play. If he suits up, the freshman should mix into the backcourt rotation off the bench.
JANUARY 14, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Set to be GTD Wednesday Barthelemy (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision for Thursday's game against Cal, Pat Rooney of the Boulder Daily Camera reports.
Impact It's not clear what kind of ailment Barthelemy is dealing with, but we will have to see if he is participating in pregame warmups to get a better gauge on if he will suit up Thursday. The freshman is averaging 4.6 points and 2.1 assists per game this season.
JANUARY 13, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Getting start Tuesday Barthelemy (undisclosed) will start Tuesday's game against Tennessee, Ralphie Report reports.
Impact Barthelemy has been out due to COVID-19 contact tracing, but now that his 14-day quarantine is over he can help the Buffs on Tuesday. The coaching staff clearly likes what they have seen from the freshman in camp to start him in his first game.
