Double-doubles in win Boyd finished Tuesday's 75-58 win over UNC Asheville with 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), 10 rebounds and two steals over 32 minutes.

Impact Boyd spent the last two seasons with East Tennessee State and had three double-doubles in an inconsistent junior season. He played a major role in the win over the Bulldogs. He could form a good frontcourt duo with 7-2 center Will Berg.

Impact Currently, Boyd is one of E. Tennessee State's lone junior forward but a crucial one at that. Overall, Boyd's best quality is his rebounding, best indicated by his 7.2 rebounds averaged this season.
