The 5-foot-11 junior, who is averaging 7.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.8 steals on 19.6 minutes per game, will look to help Wichita State get back on track Saturday against Tulsa.

He took advantage of his offensive opportunities and bested his previous high score by six points while equaling his high in rebounds. Battie has started the last eight games after playing sparingly in the first half of the season. Wichita State hosts South Florida on Wednesday. Battie had seven points and six rebounds in the win over the Bulls on Jan. 18.
