Last Night in College Basketball: No. 2 Michigan Avoids Upset With Comeback
Andre Mills - Strong outing in upset Mills chipped in 24 points (9-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal in 40 minutes during Wednesday's 77-70 victory over Iowa.
Impact Mills has come into his own as of late. After an 18-point performance in the narrow Feb. 1 loss to Purdue, he was granted a place in the starting five for the first time since early January. In the three games since, he's averaging 15.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.0 assists on 60 percent shooting from the field and 43 percent shooting from distance. There haven't been many bright spots on this dismal Terps team, but the freshman Mills is certainly one of them.

Bennett Stirtz - Desperately needs help Stirtz accumulated 32 points (13-21 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one block in 40 minutes during Wednesday's 77-70 loss to Maryland.
Impact Stirtz shouldn't have to drop 32 points for Iowa to beat lowly Maryland, but his 32 points weren't even enough to prevent the Hawkeyes from losing by seven. His teammates simply didn't help him out nearly enough on the scoreboard. While Stirtz shot 62 percent from the field and canned four triples, his teammates combined to shoot just 31 percent and hit three shots from long range. Still, the listlessness of the star point guard's teammates has been excellent for fantasy managers, as he's surpassed 20 points in seven straight games and has been forced to take matters into his own hands, averaging 16.4 shots per game in that span.

Kael Combs - Fails to make an impact in loss Combs registered four points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound and one steal across 15 minutes during Wednesday's 77-70 loss to Maryland.
Impact Combs has now been held to under double-digit points in seven straight game. The junior guard missed both of his attempts from the field against Northwestern and though he hit four free throws, his most since Nov. 18, it wasn't enough additional offense to power Iowa to victory. The Hawkeyes desperately need another scoring threat to step up alongside Bennett Srirtz, but Combs doesn't look like the answer in that department.
FEBRUARY 12 ROTOWIRE
Cooper Koch - Struggles in rough loss Koch contributed three points (1-6 FG, 1-5 3Pt), one assist and two steals in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 77-70 loss to Maryland.
Impact Koch's three points on 1-of-6 shooting from the field was one of his worst offensive performances yet this season. In a game where Iowa desperately needed someone else besides Bennett Srirtz to step up as a scoring threat, Koch wasn't that player as the Hawkeyes suffered a serious setback, losing to the hapless Terps. Koch has made strides in his second year of college hoops, but remains too inconsistent to trust, both for Iowa and from a fantasy standpoint.
