Impact It's early in the season, but Locke is already making a claim to be one of Louisville's main scoring weapons -- he has surpassed the 15-point mark in each of his first two contests of the campaign. He doesn't contribute a lot in other categories, but he doesn't really have to if he keeps putting up points on the board as regularly as he's done it so far.

Jae'Lyn Withers - Comes close to double-double Withers notched 14 points (6-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt), nine rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Friday's 80-72 OT loss to Furman.

Impact After logging just 12 minutes and scoring three points in the season opener, Withers bounced back here and delivered a strong performance on both ends of the court and ending just one rebound away from posting a double-double. He averaged 10.1 points per game last season, and he should hover around that mark once again if he gets enough playing time as it was the case in this one.
