Isaiah Thompson - Will give it a go Friday Thompson (upper body) is expected to see limited action Friday against Ave Maria, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Impact Thompson was an elite part of the 2022-23 FGCU team, averaging 14.9 points and 3.2 assists across 32 games (all starts). He was forced to sit out the season opener against Indiana, but now appears in line to return, albeit in a limited capacity. The hope is likely to get him a small amount of tune-up action before taking on more minutes in a tougher matchup Monday at Pittsburgh.
