Anderson scores 16, FGCU takes down Central Arkansas 82-59

CONWAY, Ark. (AP) — Zach Anderson scored 16 points as FGCU beat Central Arkansas 82-59 on Thursday night.

Anderson added 10 rebounds for the Eagles (10-13, 4-4 Atlantic Sun Conference). Dallion Johnson scored 15 points, going 5 of 15 (5 for 13 from 3-point range). Isaiah Thompson shot 4 for 9 from beyond the arc to finish with 12 points.

Carl Daughtery Jr. led the Bears (8-16, 4-4) in scoring, finishing with 14 points and six rebounds. Javion Guy-King added 11 points and two steals for Central Arkansas. Elias Cato also recorded 10 points.
