Zach Edey - Moves to bench Saturday Edey will come off the bench Saturday versus Butler.
Impact Edey had started every game this season prior to Saturday, but the Boilers will go a little smaller against what is a smaller Bulldogs starting five in general. Williams figures to give them a bit more versatility on the defensive end of the floor, which could lead to slightly fewer minutes for Edey, who is coming off of a season-low 12 minutes versus N.C. State.

Trevion Williams - Making first start of season Williams is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Butler.
Impact Williams will be entering the starting five for the first time all year in place of 7-4 sophomore, Zach Edey. Head coach Matt Painter has opted to bring Williams off the bench this year rather than start him alongside Edey after Williams had started over him last year. His new role hasn't really impacted his stats as Williams has been more efficient than ever this season, averaging 14.2 points, 9.3 rebounds, three assists and 1.3 steals in 20.9 minutes per game. He'll look to continue his solid play in Saturday's in-state rivalry against Butler.

Chuck Harris - Out with non-COVID illness Harris will miss Saturday's game against Purdue due to a non-COVID illness.
Impact Haris' absence hits especially hard with both Bryce Nze (shoulder) and Bo Hodges (knee) still sidelined for the Bulldogs. He had been serving in a key bench role since returning from a one-game absence in late November, but the Bulldogs will need to look elsewhere off the bench Saturday.
