Impact Evans will simply change SEC teams in the hopes that he can crack a more meaningful role as a perimeter player for Texas. There is a shot, and he has the pedigree, with his two starts featuring 15.5 points and 3.0 steals per game. At worst, Evans is expected to log a regular bench role, which was exactly what he got with Tennessee last season.
