Minnesota plays Toronto, aims to end road slide

BOTTOM LINE: Minnesota will try to break its three-game road skid when the Timberwolves take on Toronto.

The Raptors have gone 6-5 in home games. Toronto ranks seventh in the Eastern Conference with 25 assists per game led by Kyle Lowry averaging 6.6.

The Timberwolves are 2-12 on the road. Minnesota is 1-9 when turning the ball over more than opponents and averages 14.1 turnovers per game.

The matchup Sunday is the first meeting of the season for the two teams.
