SEATTLE (AP) — Alex Schumacher's 14 points helped Seattle defeat Abilene Christian 75-52 on Thursday.
Schumacher finished 6 of 7 from the field for the Redhawks (14-9, 7-5 Western Athletic Conference). John Christofilis shot 3 for 5 from 3-point range and 5 of 6 from the free throw line to add 14 points. Cameron Tyson had 11 points and was 3 for 6 from 3-point range.
JV Seat led the Wildcats (8-14, 3-8) in scoring, finishing with nine points. Abilene Christian also got eight points from Leonardo Bettiol. Muodubem Muoneke also had eight points.
