Clark helps Duquesne earn 85-63 victory over Stony Brook
PITTSBURGH (AP) — Jimmy Clark III scored 24 points as Duquesne beat Stony Brook 85-63 on Monday night.
Clark had four steals for the Dukes (3-0). Dae Dae Grant was 6 of 14 shooting, including 3 for 8 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line to add 19 points. Fousseyni Drame finished 6 of 7 from the field to finish with 15 points.
Aaron Clarke finished with 22 points and four assists for the Seawolves (1-2). Stony Brook also got 14 points from Tyler Stephenson-Moore. In addition, Chris Maidoh finished with nine points and three blocks.
NEXT UP
Both teams play again on Wednesday. Duquesne hosts Princeton and Stony Brook travels to play Nebraska.
