GAME LOG

Well-rounded production in victory Hines-Allen amassed seven points (3-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, six assists and one steal across 27 minutes during Thursday's 97-76 victory over Phoenix.
Impact Hines-Allen fell just short of posting a third consecutive double-double Thursday, but she still put up a solid stat line in the Wings' regular-season finale while drawing a fifth consecutive start. The 29-year-old made 40 appearances (20 starts) during her first season in Dallas, averaging 7.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 22.1 minutes per game. Following dominant campaigns with the Mystics in 2020 and 2021, Hines-Allen hasn't been able to replicate that production in subsequent seasons, but she'll likely draw ample interest as an unrestricted free agent during the offseason.

Impact The 13 boards represent a season high for Hines-Allen, who co-led the Wings in assists with Paige Bueckers on Sunday. The versatile forward is tracking toward ending the year on a high note, as Hines-Allen has averaged 13.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks in 29.7 minutes per game over her last six appearances.

Battling illness Hines-Allen is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Valkyries due to illness, Joey Mistretta of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Impact Hines-Allen is at risk of missing Thursday's contest due to sickness, which could leave the already short-handed Wings in an even worse spot. Dallas already has six players ruled out for the contest, and if Hines-Allen can't go, Maddy Siegrist, Amy Okonkwo, Diamond Miller and Ajae Petty would all be in line for major roles.

Struggles from floor Friday Hines-Allen provided 11 points (5-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists and two steals across 30 minutes during Friday's 100-78 loss to Atlanta.
Impact Hines-Allen started for the first time since June 22 due to the fact that the Wings only had eight active players available. Hines-Allen took advantage of the opportunity and scored in double digits for the third consecutive appearance, and she should remain a productive offensive weapon in a struggling, depleted Dallas unit.

Scores season-high 18 points Hines-Allen provided 18 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 23 minutes during Wednesday's 101-95 loss to the Sun.
Impact Hines-Allen not only delivered a solid showing off the bench for the Wings -- she posted her best scoring output of the entire campaign. Hines-Allen has scored in double digits only nine times throughout the season, however, so it's hard to rely on her for consistent production -- especially on a reeling Wings team that's ending the regular season on a sour note.

Returns to finish game Hines-Allen notched nine points (4-5 FG, 1-1 3Pt), seven rebounds and three assists over 19 minutes during Friday's 97-96 loss to the Sparks.
Impact Hines-Allen left the game briefly due to an undisclosed injury, but she was able to finish up. She was very efficient from the field, too, while making her only three-pointer. Impact Hines-Allen limped to the locker room at the 4:05 mark of the third quarter but returned with 1:09 left in the period. She's come off the bench since June 24 yet continues to log heavy minutes, making her a likely factor down the stretch in Friday's fourth quarter.
AUGUST 16 • ROTOWIRE
