Rosas fight re-scheduled Font is scheduled to compete against fellow bantamweight Raul Rosas at UFC 326 in Las Vegas on March 7, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.

Impact Font's last fight saw him outworked by David Martinez at UFC Noche on Sept. 13. Initially, Font was supposed to fight Rosas before an undisclosed injury took the latter out. Font, currently No. 12 in the UFC's bantamweight rankings, risks getting dropped from the top-15 if he loses to an unranked Rosas.

Impact Originally scheduled to face Raul Rosas this evening, Font appeared to match up considerably better with Martinez following the opponent change. Martinez engaged Font, a one-dimensional striker, in the stand-up affair he was seeking. Yet while Font landed a few big blows here and there, it was Martinez that pushed the pace to secure the win, especially in the closing stages of the fight. Martinez is a better fighter than he gets credit for, but the bottom line is that Font, at age 38, has to emerge victorious in close bouts such as this one if he wants to remain relevant moving forward. The loss snaps a brief two-fight winning streak for the Massachusetts native.

Late opponent change Font will now face David Martinez in a bantamweight matchup at Noche UFC on Sept. 13 following the withdrawal of Raul Rosas (undisclosed), Nolan King of USA Today reports.

Impact Font was originally scheduled against the up-and-coming Raul Rosas, but the latter was forced to withdraw for undisclosed reasons. The UFC was able to keep Font on the card, however, giving him an opponent in Martinez who has just one UFC fight to date -- a first-round finish of Saimon Oliveira back in March. Font, on the other hand, has fought some of the best bantamweights the division has had to offer for quite some time, and he'll be looking to build on his current two-fight winning streak.

Booked vs. Rosas Font will take on Paul Rosas in a bantamweight bout at Noche UFC in San Antonio on Sept. 13, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.

Impact Font has strung together two straight wins in the UFC, most recently besting Jean Matsumoto via split decision in February. That pushed his record to 12-7, and he'll look for a third straight victory versus Rosas, who hasn't lost since 2023 and is a winner of four straight.
