Out for UFC 327 Sadykov is not fighting Marquel Mederos at UFC 327 in Miami on April 11, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.

Impact An undisclosed problem has rendered Sadykov out of UFC 327 just under a month before the scheduled card. In place of him against Mederos is Chris Padilla. For the promotion, Sadykov is 4-1-1.

Impact Sadykhov, who is coming off a loss against Fares Ziam in December, will look to get back on track against Marquel Mederos in April. The 31-year from Azerbijan is 4-1-1 during his time with the UFC.

No-shows UFC 323 defeat Sadykhov lost to Fares Ziam via TKO (strikes) at 4:59 of Round 2 at UFC 323 on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Impact Ziam might be really good, but it would have been nice to see Sadykhov be a bit more competitive in this spot considering he entered with four straight stoppage victories (plus a majority draw) on his resume. He was unable to get anything going offensively, giving up two takedowns, 5:58 worth of control time, and landing just four significant strikes in the nearly 10 minutes the fight lasted. The 31-year-old has earned the benefit of the doubt with all of his good work the past two-plus years, but Sadykhov needs a rebound performance his next time out.

Impact Sadykhov will look to win a fifth straight fight by stoppage, and he'll face a fighter in Ziam that has won five consecutive bouts. Sadykhov won his most recent match via TKO (punches) against Nikolas Motta.

Fourth straight stoppage win Sadykhov defeated Nikolas Motta via TKO (punches) at 4:17 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Impact The first of three fighters on this card from Azerbaijan, Sadykhov (and Motta) put on quite a show in front of the hometown crowd. Both men spent the entire bout winging bombs at each other. It appeared Nazim would be finished late in Round 1 after he was pinned along the fence eating countless unanswered blows and not responding, but he finally came to and worked his way back in the fight. One final combination late in Round 2 put Motta away for good and sent the crowd into a frenzy. Sadykhov has been impressive since joining the UFC roster back in February 2023, going 4-0-1, with all four of the wins coming via stoppage (three knockouts, one submission).
