Gets right back in win column Davis defeated Mitch Ramirez via TKO (strikes) at 4:08 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Nashville.

Impact Davis saw a four-fight winning streak snapped in a unanimous decision defeat to Fares Ziam in February, but the UFC gave him a layup in a fight here against Ramirez and Davis took full advantage. He showed off his grappling game in Round 1, although he was unable to get the stoppage. Things opened up on the feet in Round 2, at which point Davis landed a couple big body shots along with a flying knee to put his opponent away. Davis' main issue has always been inactivity. He's fought just seven times (5-2) since his April 2019 company debut.

Impact Davis is aiming to bounce back in this bout against Ramirez since his most recent fight ended in a loss to Fares Ziam via unanimous decision in Saudi Arabia on Feb. 1. Davis had won his previous four bouts, though, so he'll aim to get back to winning ways against an opponent who was outclassed in his UFC debut in March 2024 against Thiago Moises -- he lost via TKO in Round 3 in that fight.
