Impact Now 41 years old and competing for the first time since January 2023, Murphy announced recently that she would be retiring following this fight. She had a chance to win in Round 3, which is about all you can ask for given all the time away and the fact she entered as a +450 underdog. Murphy could predictably get nothing going on the feet, but she was able to catch Moura in a deep guillotine choke late in the fight before the latter managed to escape. Murphy ends her UFC run with an 8-7 record. Her opponents included former champions Miesha Tate, Jessica Andrade, and Valentina Shevchenko.
