Racks up third straight victory Jacoby defeated Julius Walker via TKO (punches) at 1:42 of Round 2 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Impact Jacoby was due to face Jimmy Crute in Australia last week before the latter withdrew due to a knee injury. He was quickly matched up against Walker here and found the stoppage despite an uneven performance early on. The UFC has done an exceptional job of matching Jacoby -- a pure kickboxer -- up against fellow strikers. Facing an opponent here in Walker with some grappling chops, Dustin gave up three takedowns on six attempts in Round 1, losing the frame on all three scorecards. Luckily for Jacoby he was able to maximize a massive edge on the feet to earn the stoppage early in Round 2. The 37-year-old Jacoby was an obvious cut candidate following a 1-4 stretch from October 2022 to June 2024, but the company stuck with him and he's responded with three straight wins since.

Now fighting at UFC Vegas 113 Jacoby will fight Julius Walker at UFC Vegas 113 on Feb. 7, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.

Impact A knee injury to Jimmy Crute forced Jacoby off the card for UFC 325, but the latter will now get an opportunity to fight just a week later. Jacoby will now attempt to capture his third straight victory against an opponent who has split his first two fights since joining the UFC in February 2025.

Needs new opponent Jacoby will no longer fight Jimmy Crute (knee) at UFC 325 on Jan. 31, Nolan King of USA Today reports.

Impact Crute announced Wednesday that he suffered a ruptured ACL, leaving him unable to fight Jacoby. With roughly two weeks remaining before the event, the UFC will likely seek a replacement fighter to take on Jacoby, who will be looking to capture his third consecutive win.

Draws Crute to start 2025 Jacoby will take on Jimmy Crute in a light heavyweight matchup at UFC 323 on Jan. 31, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.

Impact Jacoby will look to run his winning streak to three against an opponent in Crute who has seen a resurgence of later, picking up back-to-back first-round wins to close out 2025. Jacoby likely holds the edge on the feet, where he sports slight height and reach advantages, in addition to an advantage in volume striking. Crute, meanwhile, is a much better offensive wrestler and submission threat.

Second straight knockout win Jacoby defeated Bruno Lopes via TKO (punches) at 1:50 of Round 1 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.

Impact Jacoby pulled a huge upset of Vitor Petrino his last time out and likely saved his job in the process. He entered as a -185 favorite over Lopes, although the end result was exactly the same. Dustin pushed forward with power shots the second the opening bell rang and his opponent had zero answer. Lopes seemed damaged by every blow which wasn't a great sign. Jacoby finally put him away for good following an exchange along the fence. Dustin turned 37 years of age in April, so a prolonged string of success isn't likely to be forthcoming, but he's buying himself some time, at a minimum, with these two recent victories.
