Impact Grad looked awesome in Round 1, which is typically the case. He looked less awesome in Round 2, which is also typically the case. He may be have been toast by the time Round 3 rolled around, but referee Jason Herzog determined Buzukja tapped to an arm-triangle choke late in the frame despite potential evidence to the contrerary, so the final stanza wasn't needed. Of course, that's neither Grad's fault nor his problem. He'll happily take the win and return to his native Austria. The 30-year-old snaps a two-fight losing streak and improves to 2-2 with the UFC.

Impact Grad will look to bounce back versus Buzukja after dropping his last two fights to Muhammadjon Naimov and Luke Riley, respectively. Buzukja has also lost his last two bouts, so both fighters will be desperate to secure a win. Grad has a one-inch disadvantage in both height and reach against his opponent.

Impact Grad was in complete control in Round 1 despite entering as a (+200) betting underdog, as he was credited with four takedowns and racked up 3:55 worth of control time. The good times ended there, however, as he was blasted with a big left hand early in Round 2 and put out cold with ground-and-pound from there. Grad has now dropped back-to-back fights and likely needs a win his next time out to extend his time with the company.

Impact Grad will head into the fight looking ot bounce back from his recent defeat at the hands of Muhammad Naimov in June. The 30-year-old Romanian will have to overcome a slight height disadvantage in this one compared to the younger Englishman. With a combined 17-1 professional record in KO/TKO finishes, both these fighters will likely be looking ot put their opponents away early with their stopping power.
