Two doctors for the Juventus soccer team have been banned 60 days for doping offenses.

They were found guilty by an Italian anti-doping tribunal. Juventus said on its Web site it is contemplating an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Last October, Bartolomeo Goitre and Luca Stefanini were accused of administering cortisone to Juventus captain Fabio Cannavaro and originally faced three-month bans.

Cannavaro tested positive after an August game between Juventus AS Roma. He said the cortisone was for a bee sting.
