Off-week? What off-week? The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series may be taking a break this weekend, but the Nationwide Series and ARCA Racing Series are rolling in the Midwest.

So in order to not miss a second of the action, here's your FOX Sports television schedule for Chicagoland Speedway.

Friday, July 18

3:30 p.m. ET - Nationwide Series Practice (FOX Sports 1)

6:30 p.m. ET - Nationwide Series Final Practice (FOX Sports 1)

Saturday, July 19

4:00 p.m. ET - Nationwide Series Qualifying (FOX Sports 2)

6:00 p.m. ET - ARCA Race (FOX Sports 2)

8:30 p.m. ET - Nationwide Series Race

FOX Sports GO, the app that provides live streaming video of FOX Sports content, offers live streaming of the race, as well as all practice and qualifying sessions telecast on FOX Sports 1.
