What era of NASCAR would Dale Jr. most like to race in?

Few if any drivers in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series have a greater appreciation for the history of the sport than Dale Earnhardt Jr.

"They went to the smaller cars in '81 and they were a handful and I probably wouldn't want to put up with that," Earnhardt said. "Trying to work out the bugs of those things, they pretty much all hated them when they got to Daytona. In '79 and '80, that was such a great year -- obviously dad was racing."
