Wayne Gretzky lists home for $10.5 million

Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky is hoping to cash in. And cash in big.

Gretzky recently put his house out on the market for $10.5 million, according to The Real Estalker.

Gretzky and his wife Janet bought the Thousand Oaks, Calif. home for $2.765 million back in 2009.

But flipping houses is nothing new for the couple. The Gretzkys have sold residences in Beverly Hills, Thousand Oaks and Arizona.

The current house up on the market has five bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms plus a detached pool house complex.
