Say goodbye to the mulleted, mustachioed, quarterback-sacking cowboy.
After 12 seasons in the NFL, defensive end Jared Allen is calling it a career in style -- from atop a horse and with a gallop into the "sunset":

The 6-foot-6, 265-pound DE spent four season with the Kansas City Chiefs before distinguishing himself as one of the league's best in Minnesota, where he earned First-Team All-Pro honors four times (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011) with the Vikings.
The 33-year-old finishes his career with 136 sacks, good for 9th overall (tied with Julius Peppers) and just ahead of DeMarcus Ware (134.5). Pretty good company.
