No. 4 pick Josh Jackson had 21 points and 15 rebounds to the Suns to a 97-81 victory over the Jazz in the first round of the NBA Summer League championship tournament.
"He's got a lot of stuff to his game. He’s able to take over whether it be college or NBA-level," Marquese Chriss told Suns.com. "He gets to the cup whenever he wants. He’s getting jumpshots whenever he pleases. So I think that's really good that he's developing fast."
Dragan Bender and Mike James each added 18 points for the Suns (2-2), who will play unbeaten Memphis Grizzlies at 5 p.m.
The Suns trailed by two at the half but outscored the Jazz 57-39 after intermission. They shot 52 percent from the field and 41 percent from 3-point range and limited the Jazz to 36 percent shooting.
The Suns blocked 11 of Utah's shots -- four by Chris Obepka in just 10 minutes.
Bender made 3 of 7 3-point shots, and James was 2 for 3
