Suh to face discipline

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh's next game check will be lighter. Again.

FOX Football Daily rules expert Mike Pereira explained on twitter exactly what Suh did wrong in blocking Minnesota's John Sullivan on an interception return.

Pereira also said prior history is a factor when the league considers fines and punishment.

After the game, Suh talked about the play:

"On that particular play, I'm looking to make a block," he said. "I'm just throwing to make a block, and really cut him off so he doesn't get a chance to get home. I spoke to him - it wasn't intended, by any means. I wasn't going for his knee, and he knows that. We had a great conversation about it at halftime, and he understood."

Pereira, Randy Moss, Brian Urlacher, Jay Glazer, and Curt Menefee will discuss the play, and the fine on FOX Football Daily Monday at 6p ET.

You won't want to miss the fining process from a player's perspective - mainly how payment is deducted, and why it's better if players don't send cash to the league office in New York.

In addition to that, we'll preview the two Monday Night Football contests, show what impressed our guys most on Sunday, and remember that inconsolable UGA fan? Well, he called back. All that and more, tonight at 6p ET on FOX Sports 1.
