Run a Dubb Dubb wins Aqueduct feature in upset

NEW YORK (AP) Run a Dubb Dubb took command with a three-wide move, turning for home and holding on for a 9-1 upset win in the $54,000 allowance feature at Aqueduct on Friday.

After kicking clear in midstretch, Run a Dubb Dubb dug in as Bird House launched a late rally that came up a half-length short. The time was 1:12.51 in the six-furlong race for New York fillies and mares.

Samuel Camacho Jr. was aboard as the 4-year-old trained by Randi Persaud extended her winning streak to three, paying $21.80, $11.60 and $5.60.

Bird House returned $6.40 and $3.90, and Irish Whisper paid $4.40 to show.
