Reaves loses Chiclet, promptly returns to ice -- because hockey
Blues forward Ryan Reaves performed a little self-service dentistry while on the bench during Sunday's game in Chicago, pulling out one of his teeth and handing it to trainer Ray Barile during the second period.

Reaves lost the Chiclet compliments of this hit from Blackhawks defenseman Brent Seabrook.

Naturally, Reaves didn't miss a shift -- and finished with six hits in the Blues' 2-1 road win. Really though, did you expect anything different? After all, it's hockey. And this isn't Reaves' first go-round with missing teeth.
It's just what hockey players do. Like the New York Islanders' John Tavares last season after he got hit in the mouth with the puck.
Reaves said the tooth he lost tonight was the same one he lost back in February. No big deal. #OurBlues

Or, if you're the Pittsburgh Penguins' Pascal Dupuis, you pull out two teeth.
