COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Bradley Roby and Jeff Heuerman, as members of the Super Bowl 50-winning Denver Broncos, have increased Ohio State's total number of Super Bowl winning former players to 32 and the total number of Super Bowl wins by former Buckeyes to 39.

Roby had a game-high three passes defensed in Denver's 24-10 victory while Heuerman was on the sidelines but unable to play after injuring his knee during fall camp and getting placed on injured reserve.

The Panthers featured four former Buckeyes, all of whom started and/or played extensively: WRs Corey Brown and Ted Ginn, OG Andrew Norwell and S Kurt Coleman. Brown and Ginn led Carolina with four receptions apiece while Norwell was the left guard through the third quarter when he left with a leg injury. Coleman totaled seven tackles.
