The Philadelphia 76ers are the laughingstock of the NBA, the sports world at large, parts of the entertainment industry and apparently now Springfield as well.

Check out this joke at the Sixers (5-37) expense on the episode of "The Simpsons" that aired Sunday night:

Now, even the non-NBA fan who enjoys "The Simpsons" can discern that it's preferable to pay $30 than wear Sixers merchandise.
