NFL brothers make NHL playoff bet, hilarity ensues

Chris Long is a defensive lineman for the St. Louis Rams.

Kyle Long is an offensive lineman for the Chicago Bears.

With the St. Louis Blues battling the Chicago Blackhawks in Round 1 of the NHL playoffs, the brothers, who are very active on Twitter, made a Twitter wager on the series that they shared over ... you guessed it ... Twitter.

Chris threw out the bet.

Kyle accepted.

Then the Blues and Blackhawks played a triple-overtime thriller, with St. Louis coming out on top.

This prompted Chris to fire up the trash talking as soon as the Blues scored the winning goal.

Kyle tried to play it cool.

Chris then delivered a haymaker.

It's a shame one of these guys has to lose, but based on last night's activity, anyone who follows them on Twitter is a winner.
