Happy NASCAR Throwback Thursday!

From harness racing to an angry "Intimidator", enjoy these five classic pictures from Dover International Speedway. 

Dale Earnhardt, Bobby Allison and Cale Yarborough give it their all in a pre-race exhibition harness race at Dover Downs the day before the Mason-Dixon 500 NASCAR Cup Series race. Allison won both the horse and car races.

Darrell Waltrip takes the checkered flag to win the 1985 Bud 200 NASCAR Busch Grand National Series race at Dover Downs International Speedway. Waltrip was virtually untouchable in the event, leading 167 of the 200 laps.

Neil Bonnett is joined by the Wood Brothers in victory lane after winning the 1981 CRC Chemicals 500.

Richard Petty takes the checkered flag to score the victory in the 1984 Budweiser 500 NASCAR Cup race at Dover Downs International Raceway.

Richard Childress Racing gasman Danny "Chocolate" Myers tries to calm down Dale Earnhardt following a crash in the 1993 SplitFire Spark Plug 500 NASCAR Cup race at Dover Downs International Speedway. Earnhardt and several other drivers were upset with Rusty Wallace who they say triggered the wreck. Wallace went on to win the race.
