Longtime Speedway Children's Charities executive passes away

The longtime executive director of Speedway Children's Charities has passed away. Thomas Sadler -- an Air Force major general who served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam -- was 90 years old.
"Tom was a dear friend and wonderful man," said Claudia Byrd, executive director of the Bristol Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities. "He had an amazing passion for making children's lives better and always said, 'When you look into the eyes of children you've helped, you're looking into the face of God.'"
Members of the NASCAR community took to Twitter to remember Sadler.
