In open letter to team owner, Cleveland restaurateur states refusal to show Browns games

Cleveland Browns season ticket holders, watching through brown paper bags, witnessed their team fall 37-3 to the Bengals at home on Sunday as they dropped to 2-10.
That loss spells another 10-plus loss year for a franchise that has endured 13 such seasons in its 17 since returning to Cleveland in 1999.
