High praise: Marshawn Lynch has strain of marijuana named after him

Kudos are in store for Marshawn Lynch.

The Seattle Seahawks running back earned some serious recognition for his efforts to help his team reach a second consecutive Super Bowl berth. TMZ is reporting that a dispensary in the state of Washington has named a strain of marijuana after Lynch.

It's apparently called "Beastmode 2.0" and will be the second such strain named after the superstar. Nate "Diggity" Johnson -- owner of the Queen Anne Cannabic Club in Seattle -- said the original "Beastmode" strain sold at an epic rate last year. It was so good that marijuana growers wanted to hit the next level in the hopes that the Seahawks would reach another Super Bowl.

Mission accomplished.

Beastmode 2.0 reportedly contains 5 percent more THC and "hits you just like Marshawn -- hard and fast."

That's trippy.
