On Sunday Jan. 3 after falling to 3-13 on the season with a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam fired head coach Mike Pettine after only two years on the job.
As we explored in greater detail earlier, the last five coaching changes in AFC North were made by the Browns. That's both a testament to the stability of the Ravens (John Harbaugh), Steelers (Mike Tomlin) and Bengals (Marvin Lewis) and the quality of their head coaches, and an indictment of the Browns' dysfunction.
